PhD student

Malena Caparroz was born in Santa Fe, Argentina, on 17 June 1999. She started her studies in Industrial Engineering in 2017 and in February 2019 she moved to Almeria to continue her degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering. In his last year he started in research thanks to the research group of Automatic control, Robotics and Mechatronics (ARM). After finishing his degree, she did a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Currently, she is in her second year of the PhD Programme in Computer Science.
Research lines: Modelling, control and optimisation of photobioreactors.
Main results: Advances in the modelling and control of pH in the production of microalgae in raceway reactors.
