Este año, ante esta incertidumbre, la pregunta que se hacen todos los estudiantes, profesores y comunidad universitaria en general es: ¿merece la pena alquilar una habitación o una vivienda para asistir tan solo algunas horas o días a clase? La Residencia universitaria de Almería, de forma excepcional, se adaptará a esta coyuntura para que, la comunidad universitaria que necesite alojarse por días, semanas o meses, el próximo curso académico, eviten excesivos desplazamientos diarios desde sus respectivos domicilios o gastos innecesarios alquilando una habitación o una vivienda. Civitas entiende que alquilar un piso, para asistir a clase 2 ó 3 días a la semana o cada 2 semanas, es complicado, por ello, facilitará el acceso a sus instalaciones con precios muy económicos. Las habitaciones serán individuales y con baño propio para evitar posibles contagios. La limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como de la instalación en general, estará incluida en el precio y además, podrán escoger el tipo de pensión alimenticia con un coste de menú reducido (5,80€). Civitas se ha mantenido abierta en todo este periodo, lo que le ha servido de entrenamiento para llegar a septiembre con las máximas garantías de seguridad y con un elaborado plan de contingencia que minimizará los posibles contagios.
This year, faced with this uncertainty, the question that all students, professors and the university community in general are asking is: is it worth renting a room or a house to attend just a few hours or days of class? The University Residence Hall of Almeria, exceptionally, will adapt to this situation so that the university community that needs to stay for days, weeks or months next academic year will avoid excessive daily trips from their respective homes or unnecessary expenses by renting a room or a house. Civitas understands that renting a flat, to attend classes 2 or 3 days a week or every 2 weeks, becomes a complex situation, so it will facilitate access to its facilities at very affordable prices. The rooms will be single and with their own bathroom to avoid possible contagion. The cleaning of both the rooms and the facilities in general will be included in the price and, in addition, you will be able to choose the type of food with a reduced menu cost (5.80 ?). Civitas has remained open throughout this period, which has served as training to arrive in September with maximum security guarantees and an elaborate contingency plan that will minimize possible contagion.

It is a religious residence located in the center of Almería. 4 minutes from the bus stop that reaches the University Campus.

The INTURJOVEN ALMERÍA HOSTEL is a three-storey building with a large central courtyard that lets in the wonderful light of the Mediterranean.
