PhD student
Antonio García Chica was born in Jaén on 23 June 1997. He studied primary, secondary and high school in Almeria, and continued his studies at the University of Almeria studying the Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, finishing the degree in 2019, and then the Master in Industrial Engineering which he finished in 2022. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Greenhouse Technology and Industrial Engineering at the University of Almeria.
Research lines: Implementation of mechanisms and automatisms in greenhouses.
Main results: Agricultural tools and mechanisms to benefit the ergonomics of workers in greenhouse crops.
